Bipolar Disorder

Bipolar disorder involves cycles of extreme mood changes, ranging from emotional highs (mania or hypomania) to lows (depression).

These shifts can affect sleep, energy, behavior, and decision-making. We provide structure, medication management, and therapy to help stabilize these cycles.

Cyclothymic Disorder

This is a milder form of bipolar disorder with less severe mood swings, though still disruptive. Individuals may alternate between symptoms of mild depression and hypomania for extended periods. Early treatment can prevent progression and improve long-term outcomes.

Emotional Dysregulation

This refers to difficulty managing emotional responses. It may result from trauma, chronic stress, or underlying conditions and can lead to impulsivity, mood swings, and unstable relationships. We work with clients to build emotional regulation skills and reduce reactivity using DBT and other structured approaches.
