With nearly a decade of experience in the behavioral health field, Krystal Smith serves as the Program Director of Echo Ridge Wellness, where she leads with a strategic, client-centered approach rooted in clinical integrity and operational excellence.
Krystal began her career as an intake specialist and has since developed extensive experience across the full continuum of care, including detoxification, residential treatment, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient programming (IOP), and primary mental health services. Her background spans diverse populations and clinical presentations, equipping her with a comprehensive understanding of both the clinical and operational components required to deliver effective, accessible care.
As Program Director, Krystal oversees program development, clinical coordination, and day-to-day operations, ensuring that Echo Ridge Wellness maintains the highest standards of care while providing a seamless and supportive experience for clients. She is deeply committed to creating programming that is both clinically sound and adaptable to the evolving needs of individuals navigating mental health challenges.
